Moving assemblies of the device are arranged at the two ends of a bottom plate; stand columns of the rolling unit are fixed to the two ends of a bottom plate, a first motor is fixed to one stand column and connected with a longitudinal lead screw, a longitudinal guide rod is arranged in the other stand column, the two ends of a supporting transverse plate are in threaded connection with the longitudinal lead screw, the longitudinal guide rod is in sliding connection, the top end of a bearing frame is fixed to the supporting transverse plate, and a rolling roller is rotationally arranged at the bottom of the bearing frame. Strip-shaped boxes of the cleaning unit are fixed to the two ends of a bearing frame, a two-way lead screw and a transverse guide rod are arranged in the two strip-shaped boxes and provided with two supporting blocks respectively, storage boxes are arranged in front of and behind a grinding roller, the two ends of each storage box are fixed to one supporting block of the two-way lead screw and one supporting block of the transverse guide rod respectively, one end of a scraper blade detachably extends into the storage boxes, and the other end of the scraper blade is close to the surface of the grinding roller. The method comprises the steps of displacement, height adjustment, scraper adjustment and rolling operation. The scraper has the characteristics of long service life, convenience in adjustment and good scraping effect.
