BACKFILL DEVICE AND BACKFILL METHOD
To provide a backfill method without excessive water in backfill materials.SOLUTION: A fully drained casing 32 that contains backfill materials in dry condition is moved to the backfill position on seabed and the lower end of this fully drained casing 32 is moved to be close to the seabed where is the backfill position such as bottom of a drilling hole. Then, while the drainage state in the casing 32 is maintained, a bucket 31 of the lower end of the casing 32 is opened, and the casing 32 is pulled up together with the underwater water release pipe 56. The lump of backfill materials discharged on the seabed is alright to be crushed by the casing 32 while the bucket 31 of the lower end of the casing 32 is in a state of being closed. With this method, the backfill materials which are contained in the casing 32 and in a dry state can be transported to the seabed almost without being exposed to seawater. Moreover, in the process of discharging the materials onto the seabed, an excessive water content state in the backfill materials would not be brought about and water pollution would not be brought about either.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】埋め戻し材を過剰に含水させることなく埋め戻す方法を提供する。【解決手段】埋め戻し材をドライな状態で収容する完全排水状態のケーシング32を、海底の埋め戻し位置に移動させ、この完全排水状態のケーシング32下端を、掘削孔の孔底などの埋め戻し位置の海底に近接させる。そして、ケーシング32内の排水状態を保った状態で、ケーシング32下端のバケット31を開き、水中排気管56とともにケーシング32を引き上げる。海底地盤上に排出された埋め戻し材の塊を、ケーシング32下端のバケット31を閉じた状態で該ケーシング32により押し潰してもよい。このような方法によれば、ケーシング32内に収容されているドライな状態の埋め戻し材を、海水に晒すこと無くほとんどそのままの状態で、海底まで搬送できる。しかも、海底地盤への材料排出の過程で、埋め戻し材の過剰な含水状態を招くことがなく、また、水質汚濁を招くこともない。【選択図】図12
