The invention provides a connection construction method for different anti-seepage barrier materials of a polluted site, which comprises the following steps of: dividing the polluted site into a key area and a non-key area according to an earlier-stage exploration design result, excavating slotted holes in the periphery of a wasteyard, paving an HPED geomembrane in the slotted holes covered by the key area, and constructing the different anti-seepage barrier materials of the polluted site. The GCL bentonite waterproof pads are laid in the slotted holes covering the non-key area, the HPED geomembranes are connected through locking openings, the GCL bentonite waterproof pads are in lap joint, the HPED geomembranes and the GCL bentonite waterproof pads are in lap joint, and special backfill materials are poured on the two sides of the lap joint section. The connecting structure of the HDPE geomembrane and the GCL bentonite waterproof pad is simple in structure, convenient to construct and effective, conditions are created for selecting different vertical barrier materials for a landfill according to geological conditions, hydrological conditions and on-site leakage conditions, and therefore conditions are created for saving engineering investment.
