The invention provides a municipal road drainage system, and relates to the technical field of road drainage. The branch pipeline is connected with the output end of the main pipeline, and a conducting valve is arranged at the joint; the output pipeline is arranged at the output end of the branch pipeline; the filtering device is arranged in the main pipeline, located between the main pipeline and the branch pipeline and used for filtering impurities flowing through accumulated water in the main pipeline and discharging the impurities downwards through the recovery pipeline; the recovery pipeline is arranged below the conducting valve at the joint of the main pipeline and the branch pipeline; the flow collecting device comprises a first collector which is arranged in the output pipeline and is used for collecting the water flow in the output pipeline and a second collector which is arranged in the main pipeline and is used for collecting the water flow in the main pipeline; the analysis device determines whether drainage of the system is qualified based on the acquired flow. The system can play roles in improving the flow velocity of the pipeline, delaying the peak flood flow, reducing urban waterlogging, supplementing underground water and the like.
