The invention relates to an assembled integral type steel plate composite shear wall and an assembly construction method. The steel plate composite shear wall comprises a plurality of wall exterior steel plates which are sequentially spliced from bottom to top; wall filling concrete is vertically inserted into the wall exterior steel plate, at least one end of the wall filling concrete is narrowed and sequentially forms a retraction part and an extension part, the retraction part is located in the wall exterior steel plate, and a containing cavity is reserved between the retraction part and the wall exterior steel plate; the extending part is positioned outside the wall exterior steel plate; in the two up-and-down adjacent spliced wall exterior steel plates, the extending part of each wall interior filled concrete extends into the containing cavity of the other wall exterior steel plate and is engaged with the retracting part of the other wall interior filled concrete in a staggered manner; and the retraction part, the extension part and the side wall of the steel plate outside the wall are respectively provided with corresponding through holes and are connected through high-strength bolts. Assembly can be completed without on-site welding and concrete pouring, and the construction difficulty is reduced.
本发明涉及一种装配整体式钢板组合剪力墙及装配施工方法,钢板组合剪力墙包括由下而上依次拼接的多个墙外包钢板;墙外包钢板内竖向插设有墙内填混凝土,墙内填混凝土至少一端变窄并依次形成缩入部和伸出部,缩入部位于墙外包钢板内,缩入部与墙外包钢板之间留有容腔;伸出部位于墙外包钢板外;上下相邻拼接的两个墙外包钢板中,每个墙内填混凝土的伸出部伸入于与另一个墙外包钢板的容腔内,且与另一个墙内填混凝土的缩入部互相错位咬合;缩入部、伸出部和墙外包钢板的侧壁分别设有对应的通孔并通过高强螺栓连接。本发明无需在现场焊接和浇筑混凝土即可完成装配,降低施工难度。
