The invention provides a position-adjusting installation method after hanging of a high-rise unit curtain wall. The position-adjusting installation method after hanging of the high-rise unit curtain wall comprises the following steps that an aluminum alloy hanging weight is lowered by a first preset distance compared with a preset hanging weight installation position; the to-be-installed curtain wall unit is hoisted through a tower crane; the to-be-mounted curtain wall unit is aligned with the clamping groove of the curtain wall unit on the mounted side, and is fastened and fixed with the clamping groove respectively; the curtain wall unit to be installed horizontally moves in the direction of the enclosure face and is inserted into the clamping groove where the curtain wall unit on one side is installed; the to-be-mounted curtain wall unit is vertically and movably inserted into the clamping groove in which the lower curtain wall unit is mounted in the direction of the enclosure surface; and the aluminum alloy hanging weight is fixed with the adapter through a bolt. According to the construction method, the unit curtain wall is roughly hung on the adapting piece through the tower crane, then accurate adjustment and installation are conducted in the building through manual work and small tools, the installation accuracy of the curtain wall is guaranteed, and meanwhile potential safety hazards of high-altitude operation are eliminated.
