The invention provides a shock absorber which is used for being connected with a shock absorption object and comprises an axis connecting support, a block combination unit, a telescopic unit and a damping unit. The block combination unit is arranged on the axis connecting support so that the axis connecting support can be wrapped in the block combination part. Each block combination unit comprises an angle block, a side block and a center block, and the angle block, the side block and the center block on the same plane form a rotating unit which rotates relative to the axis connecting support; the telescopic unit is arranged on the center block, and the free end of the telescopic unit faces the side away from the center of the block combination unit and is connected with a vibration reduction object. And damping units are arranged in the corner blocks and the side blocks. The vibration suppression frequency interval of the tuned mass damper is changed by dynamically changing the structural damping and rigidity, and then the tuned mass damper obtains the vibration suppression adaptability in the variable excitation environment.
