The present invention is provided with a plurality of parking spaces (20), a passenger compartment (22), and an elevator device (24). The parking space (20) is, for example, a small vehicle parking space (20A) and a large vehicle parking space (20B), and the parking space (20) is partitioned in the vertical direction by the main body floor for each of the small support plate (2A) and the large support plate (2B).
