Tunnel grouting and water plugging material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a geopolymer grouting and water plugging material with high mechanical property, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 300 parts of cement, 10 to 260 parts of superfine cement, 10 to 260 parts of fine aggregate, 10 to 130 parts of bentonite, 5 to 146 parts of polyurethane, 5 to 60 parts of acrylate polymer, 1 to 10 parts of waterproof agent, 2 to 8 parts of polypropylene fiber and 1 to 4 parts of antioxidant. The grouting and water plugging material for the tunnel is adjusted through a water reducing agent, and the water-binder ratio of the grouting and water plugging material is 0.4. According to the grouting and water plugging material disclosed by the invention, through the synergistic effect of the cement, the superfine cement, the fine aggregate, the bentonite, the polyurethane, the acrylate polymer, the waterproof agent, the polypropylene fiber and the antioxidant, the tensile strength, the toughness and the durability of the material are remarkably enhanced. Wherein the polypropylene fibers form a three-dimensional network structure in the material, so that the tensile strength and the toughness are effectively enhanced.
