The formula provided by the invention has the characteristics of large steel slag doping amount and excellent carbonization performance. 本发明公开一种预制叠合楼板及其制备方法。按重量份计,其原料包括:水泥 2‑8份、钢渣 8‑14份、矿物掺合料 1‑3份、细骨料 25‑35份、粗骨料 40‑50份、减水剂 0.1‑0.5份和水。本发明以钢渣作为碳化材料,一方面钢渣具有较高的碳化性能,可以进行碳化反应,提供早期强度,缩短养护工期,碳化后也可以有效解决钢渣体积稳定性的问题;另一方面内部未反应钢渣与水泥也可以在后期进行水化,进一步提升强度,使预制叠合楼板内部结构更加密实,提高耐久性。本发明的配方具有钢渣掺量大、碳化性能优异的特点。此外,还可以实现钢渣在预制构件建筑材料中的大规模应用,并且有效吸收CO2,实现CO2的封存和利用。
