Through verification, the ultralow-dielectric-loss microwave dielectric high-entropy ceramic material prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the temperature coefficient of resonance frequency tau f is small (-35.3 to-37.3 ppm/DEG C), and the temperature stability is good; the dielectric constant reaches 11.36-11.55, the quality factor Q * f value reaches up to 67700-76320GHz, and the Q * f value is greater than the Q * f value (lt) of a traditional material; 30000GHz) is increased by more than two times; the method can be widely used for manufacturing microwave devices such as various dielectric antenna substrates, resonators and filters.
