The invention discloses a two-step aluminum oxide ceramic connecting method based on an aluminum oxide powder solder sintering and glass permeation principle, and belongs to the technical field of welding. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, connecting aluminum oxide ceramics by adopting aluminum oxide powder; and then penetrating and filling holes (including open holes and closed holes) in the weld joint by using glass solder so as to obtain a compact weld joint layer. The content of Al2O3 phase in the obtained aluminum oxide/aluminum oxide joint welding seam is higher than 50%, and the difference between the thermal expansion coefficient of the welding seam and the thermal expansion coefficient of base metal is smaller than 2%. The joint has excellent mechanical properties, high temperature resistance and thermal shock resistance.
