Prefabricated assembly type composite beam and construction method
The invention provides a prefabricated assembly type composite beam and a construction method. The prefabricated assembly type composite beam comprises a box beam body, a prefabricated bridge deck slab and a connecting assembly. The box girder body comprises a steel plate assembly and two flange plates. The prefabricated bridge deck is erected on the box girder body, and a plurality of grouting holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the flange plates, of the prefabricated bridge deck. The connecting assembly comprises a connecting steel plate arranged on the flange plate in the length direction of the flange plate, and first clamping pieces and sealing steel bars which are alternately arranged on the prefabricated bridge deck slab. A plurality of clamping openings with upward openings are formed in the connecting steel plate in the length direction of the connecting steel plate, and a second clamping piece is formed between every two adjacent clamping openings. The first card and/or the second card are/is provided with a card slot, so that the first card is clamped with the corresponding second card. The sealing steel bars are used for being inserted into the corresponding bayonets. According to the prefabricated assembly type composite beam and the construction method, the assembly difficulty is reduced, the construction quality is guaranteed, stress is uniform, and the anti-shearing capacity is high.
本发明提供了一种预制装配式组合梁及施工方法,预制装配式组合梁包括箱梁本体、预制桥面板和连接组件。箱梁本体包括钢板组件和两个翼缘板。预制桥面板架设于箱梁本体上,对应翼缘板的位置处开设有多个灌浆孔。连接组件包括沿翼缘板的长度方向设置于翼缘板上的连接钢板以及交替设置于预制桥面板上的第一卡片和封闭钢筋。连接钢板沿其长度方向开设有多个开口朝上的卡口,相邻两个卡口之间形成第二卡片。第一卡片和/或第二卡片上设置有卡槽,以使第一卡片与对应第二卡片卡接。封闭钢筋用于插入对应的卡口内。本发明提供的预制装配式组合梁及施工方法,不仅降低了装配难度,保证了施工质量,而且受力均匀,抗剪切能力较强。
