Permanent and temporary combined cofferdam structure and construction method
The invention provides a construction method of a permanent and temporary combined cofferdam structure, which comprises the following steps: firstly, connecting a high steel casing, welding and assembling a bracket, supporting the bracket and a distribution beam on the casing, and mounting a bottom plate and a bottom keel on the distribution beam; then anti-collision pouring jackets are spliced, and pile casing guides and cofferdam inner supports are installed; hanging rods are welded to the bottom plate, a cofferdam lowering system is installed, and the whole cofferdam is lifted; cutting the pile casing at the position below the inner support, lowering the cofferdam below the position of the cross beam, and mounting and hanging the cross beam; the system is converted, and then the cofferdam lowering system is dismantled; then anti-floating corbels are installed, bottom plate plugging plates are installed, and anti-shear steel bars are welded to the pile casings; a first layer of bottom sealing concrete is poured firstly, and then a second layer of bottom sealing concrete is poured; and finally, structural parts are dismantled. The overall structural strength and stability of the cofferdam structure can be guaranteed, the enclosure requirement and the safety requirement during large-size bearing platform construction are met, and the cost input is greatly reduced.
