Upright column concrete formwork mounting system and using method thereof
In the system, limiting blocks are distributed and fixedly arranged along the two edges of the outer side of each formwork, opening grooves are formed in the two sides of each limiting block, and locking holes are formed in the front faces of the limiting blocks; the locking corner brace is in an L shape, limiting grooves are formed in the inner sides of the two sides of the locking corner brace, locking rods, vertical inserting cylinders and transverse inserting cylinders are arranged on the outer sides of the two sides of the locking corner brace, the inner side of the locking corner brace is tightly attached to the external corner after the locking corner brace is vertically inserted into the limiting blocks and the opening grooves through the limiting grooves, and the locking rods are inserted into the locking holes in a matched mode after penetrating through the locking corner brace in a threaded fit mode; the vertical rods are inserted into the vertical insertion cylinders along the line in a matched manner; the bottom ends are fixedly connected to the ground; the two ends of the cross rod are correspondingly inserted into the transverse insertion barrels in a matched mode and then are limited and fixed; the driving mechanism is used for driving all the vibrators to apply vibration to the template; and the vertical battens are inserted between the template and the cross rod and between the adjacent vibrators. The system is high in installation efficiency, good in stability and capable of avoiding formation of a concrete pitted surface.
本发明公开一种立柱混凝土模板安装系统及其使用方法,该系统中:限位块分布固设在各模板外侧两边沿线,其两侧设有开口槽、正面设有锁定孔;锁止角码呈L形且两边内侧均设有限位槽,两边外侧均设有锁定杆、竖向插筒和横向插筒,锁止角码通过限位槽竖向插放在限位块及开口槽上后内侧与阳角紧密贴合,锁定杆螺纹配合穿过锁止角码后配合插入锁定孔;竖杆沿线配合插过竖向插筒且底端固连在地面上;横杆两端分别配合插入横向插筒后限位固定,横杆沿线设有振动器;驱动机构用于驱动所有振动器向模板施加振动;竖木方插放在模板和横杆之间以及相邻振动器之间。该系统安装效率高、稳定性好,能避免混凝土麻面的形成。
