The invention relates to the technical field of precast beam hoisting construction, in particular to a precast beam penetrating hoisting tool and a hoisting construction method, which are used for hoisting precast beams of large-span industrial factory buildings. The beam penetrating lifting appliance comprises a lifting rod, annular grooves are formed in the two ends of the lifting rod in the circumferential direction, and the annular grooves are used for being connected with steel wire ropes in a sleeved mode; the end covers are detachably connected to the two ends of the lifting rod; the plug pin is located on the side, close to the end cover, of the annular groove and connected with the hanging rod in an inserted mode so as to limit displacement of the steel wire rope; and the end cover is connected with the bolt through an elastic connecting rope. According to the beam penetrating lifting appliance, a traditional lifting ring is replaced, a large-span precast beam can be lifted only by using one crawler crane, and the beam penetrating lifting appliance is convenient to mount and dismount, higher in construction speed and lower in cost.
