The invention discloses straw fiber mudstone solid waste improved roadbed filler. The straw fiber mudstone solid waste improved roadbed filler is prepared from mudstone mixed soil, corn straw, purified water and a water repellent. The invention relates to a high-strength concrete, which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 92 to 97 parts of mudstone mixed soil, 3 to 8 parts of corn straw, 15 to 20 parts of purified water and 20 to 25 parts of water repellent. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the straw fiber mudstone solid waste improved roadbed filler. The problem of resource utilization of building solid waste such as mudstone mixed soil which is poor in stability and low in engineering application value is solved, the phenomenon of water accumulation in the subgrade in the cold region is effectively relieved, and the freezing and thawing cycle effect resisting capacity of the mudstone mixed soil subgrade is remarkably improved.
