According to the microcapsule modified ash residue geopolymer self-healing isolation wall material and the preparation process thereof, the material is the microcapsule modified ash residue geopolymer self-healing isolation wall material; the microcapsule modified ash geopolymer self-healing isolation wall material is prepared by taking water-in-oil-in-water composite emulsion as a capsule core healing agent, wherein the water-in-oil-in-water composite emulsion is prepared from a sodium silicate solution by adopting a secondary emulsification process and takes water as a continuous phase; the microcapsule is taken as a reinforcing material and is added into an ash geopolymer to form the microcapsule modified ash geopolymer self-healing isolation wall material; the microcapsule is a polyurethane single-wall microcapsule prepared from polyurethane and a capsule core healing agent through one-time polymerization reaction by adopting an in-situ polymerization technology, or a polyurethane/melamine resin double-wall microcapsule prepared from polyurethane, melamine resin and a capsule core healing agent through two-time polymerization reaction by adopting an interfacial polymerization technology; the ash geopolymer is generated by taking fly ash and sand as basic raw materials and taking a sodium silicate solution as an alkali activator through a geopolymerization reaction.
