The invention relates to the technical field of engineering material preparation, in particular to a magnesium oxide modified ash geopolymer self-healing separating wall material which is prepared by using solid waste as a main raw material and has the characteristics of low cost, low permeability, high durability, crack closing capability and the like, and a preparation process of the magnesium oxide modified ash geopolymer self-healing separating wall material. The preparation process comprises the following steps: S1, weighing the fly ash, the sand, the sodium silicate powder, the water and the magnesium oxide; s2, heating water to 50-70 DEG C, adding sodium silicate powder into the water, stirring and dissolving to form a uniform sodium silicate solution, and standing and aging the sodium silicate solution for at least 24 hours to obtain an alkali activator; and S3, uniformly stirring and mixing fly ash, sand and magnesium oxide, then adding the alkali activator obtained in the step S2, uniformly stirring, pouring, and humidifying and curing at normal temperature to obtain the magnesium oxide modified ash geopolymer self-healing isolation wall material. According to the invention, the energy consumption and the construction cost are greatly reduced, and a more effective novel material is provided for the separation wall in the shallow region.
本发明涉及工程材料制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种利用固体废弃物作为主要原材料制备的具有低成本、低渗透、高耐久以及裂缝闭合能力等特征的氧化镁改性灰渣地聚物自愈合隔离墙材料及其制备工艺。制备工艺,包括以下步骤:S1.称取粉煤灰、砂、硅酸钠粉末、水和氧化镁;S2.将水加热至50~70℃,将硅酸钠粉末加入水中搅拌溶解形成均匀的硅酸钠溶液,将硅酸钠溶液静置陈化至少24 h后,作为碱激发剂;S3.将粉煤灰、砂与氧化镁搅拌混合均匀,随后加入上述步骤S2中获得的碱激发剂,搅拌均匀并浇筑后常温加湿养护,即制成本发明氧化镁改性灰渣地聚物自愈合隔离墙材料。本发明大幅降低了能源消耗与建设成本,为浅层区域隔离墙提供了更为有效的新型材料。
