The invention discloses an oil well channeling and leaking stoppage process based on a coal-based solid waste composite cementing material, and relates to the technical field of solid waste resource utilization and green backfilling. The method at least comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a composite cementing material preparation system; s2, a pulping system; s3, a gas taking system; s4, a CO2 mineralization system; and S5, grouting a plugging system. According to the process, CO2 emission reduction, solid waste resource utilization and oil well plugging requirements are combined, and the coal-based solid waste composite cementing material slurry is prepared by utilizing the mineralization activity of coal-based solid waste and the cementing activity of a polymer gel material, so that cracks and gaps in an underground mining area of an oil field are effectively plugged; according to the technology, the recovery rate of crude oil in an oil well can be increased, the leakage risk of underground oil and gas resources passing through pores and cracks is effectively reduced, and an effective solution is provided for waste emission reduction and recycling in the coal power industry.
