The invention discloses an asphalt pavement stabilizing structure, which comprises a pair of supporting components, the supports are supported on two sides of the asphalt pavement; the pair of reinforcing seats is connected with the pair of supporting components, the pair of reinforcing seats is provided with a plurality of connecting grooves, and the connecting grooves are provided with inserting grooves; the reinforcing layer is arranged between the pair of reinforcing seats and comprises a plurality of fixed steel columns and a plurality of connecting steel columns, the fixed steel columns are inserted into the connecting grooves, the connecting steel columns are arranged between every two adjacent fixed steel columns, and each connecting steel column comprises a plurality of unit steel columns which are connected end to end; damping components are connected between the ends of the fixed steel columns and the inserting grooves. Each damping component comprises a connecting ring, an inserting block and a damping spring. The subbase layer is arranged below the reinforcing layer; the reinforcing base layer is arranged on the reinforcing layer; and the surface layer is arranged on the reinforced base layer. The invention further discloses a construction method of the stabilizing structure. The stability of the asphalt pavement is improved, and when a soil layer collapses due to geological disasters, the asphalt pavement is not prone to collapsing.
