The invention discloses an anchor rod mounting structure and method. The structure comprises a sleeve, an anchor rod and a push rod. The sleeve abuts against the baffle, and a through hole is formed in the baffle. The anchor rods are sequentially connected end to end, the lower end of the lowest anchor rod is provided with an anchor head, the upper end of the uppermost anchor rod is provided with a power assistor, and the power assistor is provided with a nail blocking plate. Fixing claws are arranged on the peripheral side of at least one anchor rod.
