The invention discloses a construction method of an intelligent catenary foundation positioning and adjusting structure. The positioning adjusting structure comprises a perpendicularity detector arranged on the contact network base, a positioning frame arranged on one side of the contact network base, a lower mechanical arm assembly and an upper mechanical arm assembly which are arranged on the positioning frame, and a displacement sensor and an upper displacement sensor which are arranged on the mechanical arm assembly and the upper mechanical arm assembly respectively. Through combined arrangement of the lower mechanical arm assembly and the upper mechanical arm assembly, on one hand, automatic positioning displacement adjustment is facilitated, and on the other hand, time and labor are saved during batch construction; through combined use of the perpendicularity detector and the displacement sensor, vertical and horizontal positioning of the overhead line system foundation is guaranteed, and the high-precision requirement of positioning is guaranteed; and through the arrangement of the positioning frame, it is guaranteed that the intelligent automatic positioning foundation is stable and adapts to site construction.
