Construction method of high-speed railway bridge catenary foundation
The invention discloses a construction method of a high-speed railway bridge catenary foundation, and relates to the field of high-speed railway bridge catenary foundation construction, which mainly aims to solve the problem of large construction difficulty when a bridge is supplemented with a catenary foundation in the prior art. Holes are formed in the bolt positions of a flange plate of a bridge body; bolts penetrate upwards from the bottom of the flange plate of the bridge body, and a lower embedded steel plate and an upper embedded steel plate are installed at the same time; the concretesurface chiseling treatment is performed within the top foundation range of the flange plate of the bridge body and the lower edge foundation of the flange plate, then drilling is performed, and steelbars are implanted after the holes are cleaned; residual structural steel bars are bound or welded; firm welding is performed after the steel bars are implanted; and a foundation formwork is installed, and concrete is poured. The foundation formwork at the lower edge of the flange plate is fixed through a scaffold, and a concrete mold inlet is reserved during installation. Concrete of a foundation base at the lower edge of the flange plate is vibrated by an attached vibrator, and the top foundation of the flange plate is vibrated by an inserted vibrating rod. The construction method has the advantage that the problems of misburying, missing burying and supplementing of the high-speed railway bridge catenary foundation are solved.
