The invention provides a system for solving water level imbalance of water supply and return tanks of a circulating water pump house. The system comprises a water supply tank, a water return tank, a communicating vessel pipeline, water consumption equipment and a roof cooling tower, the communicating vessel pipeline is used for communicating the water supply tank and the water return tank according to a preset control strategy and comprises a communicating vessel middle pipeline, a water supply tank high-position branch and a water return tank bottom branch; one side of the water supply tank high-position branch is connected with the water supply tank; the water return tank bottom branch is connected with the water return tank, and the connector is located close to the bottom of the water return tank. One side of the communicating vessel middle pipeline is communicated with the water return tank bottom branch, and the other side is communicated with the water supply tank high branch or the water supply tank bottom branch; according to the preset control strategy, when the liquid level of the water return tank is lower than that of the water supply tank and the liquid level difference between the water return tank and the water supply tank is larger than a risk threshold value, the water supply tank high-position branch, the communicating vessel middle pipeline and the water return tank bottom branch are connected. The balance problem of a water supply circulating system and a water return cooling circulating system of the circulating water pump house can be solved.
