The invention relates to a formwork-removal-free structure for a steel formwork column and prefabricated beam joint area. Prefabricated beams are arranged on the periphery of a post-pouring concrete joint area, and prefabricated concrete formworks are arranged between the adjacent prefabricated beams. C-shaped grooves are formed in the two sides of the precast beam respectively, mounting rabbets are formed in the outer sides of the two ends of the precast concrete formwork respectively, the mounting rabbets and the C-shaped grooves are oppositely arranged, PVC pipes are pre-buried in the precast concrete formwork between the mounting rabbets and the C-shaped grooves, T-shaped bolts penetrate through the PVC pipes from the mounting rabbets and then enter the C-shaped grooves, and the precast concrete formwork and the precast beam are connected and fixed. The prefabricated concrete formwork is used for replacing a traditional wood formwork or a steel formwork, the pouring appearance quality of the beam-column joint area is guaranteed, meanwhile, only one formwork installation procedure is needed, the prefabricated concrete formwork serves as a part of the joint area and is integrally formed with cast-in-place concrete, climbing operation caused by secondary disassembly of a traditional formwork is avoided, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种钢模柱与预制梁节点区免拆模结构,预制梁设置在后浇混凝土节点区四周,相邻预制梁之间设有预制混凝土模板;预制梁两侧分别设有C型槽,预制混凝土模板两端外侧分别设有安装企口,安装企口和C型槽相对设置,且它们之间的预制混凝土模板内预埋PVC管,T型螺栓从安装企口穿过PVC管后进入C型槽,将预制混凝土模板和预制梁连接固定。本发明用预制混凝土模板替代传统木模或钢模,保证了梁柱节点区浇筑外观质量,同时仅有模板安装一道工序,预制混凝土模板作为节点区的一部分,与现浇混凝土整体成型,避免了传统模板的二次拆卸导致登高作业,提高了施工效率。
