The invention relates to a 3D printing building construction method based on air bag supporting, which comprises the following steps: providing a supporting part, and vertically arranging the supporting part at a construction position; a first air bag is provided, the first air bag is in a flat column shape, the first air bag is arranged at the top of the supporting part, and the first air bag is inflated so that the first air bag can be expanded to be in the flat column shape; a second air bag is provided, the second air bag is arranged on the side face of the supporting part and attached to the side face of the supporting part, the side portion of the second air bag is provided with an inwards-concave arc face, the second air bag is inflated, and a printing space is formed between the inwards-concave arc face of the second air bag and the outer surface of the first air bag; 3D printing is conducted on the printing space; 3D printing continues to be conducted on the outer surface of the first air bag; and a supporting stand column is constructed on the lower surface of the structure formed through 3D printing, the supporting part, the first air bag and the second air bag are dismounted, and building 3D printing is completed. Components with large inclination angles can be accurately and rapidly printed, and the precision of the shape and the size of a building structure is improved.
