The invention discloses an unmanned building 3D printing construction method and system, and the system comprises a model processing module which is used for constructing a building CAD model; the programming module is used for outputting a 3D printing program according to the CAD model; the 3D printing module adopts a mobile 3D printing robot autonomous navigation technology and is used for automatically printing a building on site according to a 3D printing program; the feeding module is used for providing a printing material to the 3D printing module; the quality detection module is used for acquiring quality parameters of printing lines in the 3D printing process by adopting a machine vision detection technology; and the background monitoring module communicates with the model processing module, the programming module, the 3D printing module, the feeding module and the quality detection module and is used for adjusting working parameters of the 3D printing module and the feeding module according to the quality parameters. According to the invention, machine vision and autonomous navigation technologies are introduced, and unmanned automatic construction is realized.
