The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic materials and preparation thereof, and particularly relates to a vanilla white zirconia ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The vanilla white zirconia ceramic material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 74-98% of yttrium-stabilized zirconia; 1-25% of aluminum oxide; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the yttrium-stabilized zirconium oxide, the aluminum oxide, the compound color material and the dispersing agent, adding water, uniformly mixing, grinding and dispersing until the particle size D50 of the discharged material is 0.2-0.8 mu m; sieving the ground material, adding a binder, and carrying out spray granulation to obtain vanilla white zirconia ceramic powder; performing dry pressing and isostatic pressing to obtain a vanilla white zirconia ceramic green body; and calcining at high temperature to obtain the vanilla white zirconia ceramic material. The vanilla white zirconia ceramic material provided by the invention is good in shading performance and high in use strength; the invention also provides a preparation method thereof.
本发明属于陶瓷材料及其制备的技术领域，具体涉及香草白氧化锆陶瓷材料及其制备方法。本发明所述的香草白氧化锆陶瓷材料，包括以下质量百分比的原料：钇稳定氧化锆74‑98％；氧化铝1‑25％；复配色料0.01‑1％，制备方法为将钇稳定氧化锆、氧化铝、复配色料、分散剂混合，加水混合均匀，进行研磨分散，研磨至出料粒径D50为0.2‑0.8μm；将研磨后的物料过筛，加入粘结剂，进行喷雾造粒，得到香草白氧化锆陶瓷粉体；进行干压、等静压成型，得到香草白氧化锆陶瓷生坯；高温煅烧，得到香草白氧化锆陶瓷材料。本发明提供香草白氧化锆陶瓷材料，遮光性能好，使用强度高；本发明还提供其制备方法。
