The invention discloses a recycled pavement structure-material integrated design method based on pavement performance balance, which comprises the following steps: milling a surface layer material asphalt mixture of an actual road, reprocessing to obtain a recycled asphalt mixture, and taking the recycled asphalt mixture as the surface layer material of a recycled pavement; preparing a regenerated inorganic mixture according to design requirements, and taking the regenerated inorganic mixture as a base material of a regenerated pavement; paving the regenerated pavement on a construction site according to design requirements, and monitoring the pavement performance of each layer through a monitoring unit; paving regenerated pavement test pieces in a laboratory according to design requirements, and monitoring the pavement performance of each test piece through a monitoring unit; and the road performance of the bottom of each layer monitored in the construction site is compared with the road performance of each test piece monitored in a laboratory one by one, so that the rationality of the recycled pavement structure-material integrated design based on the road performance balance is verified. The construction waste and other recycled materials can be effectively integrated, and the structural design of the recycled pavement is optimized.
