The retaining dam comprises a control chamber, a bottom plate, limiting plates, sliding grooves, sliding holes, an adjusting dam, a motor, a lead screw and an adjustable water passing cleaning structure, the bottom plate is fixed to the bottom of the right end of the control chamber, the limiting plates are distributed on the front portion and the rear portion of the top end of the bottom plate at equal intervals, and the sliding grooves are vertically formed in the left ends and the right ends of the limiting plates; the sliding hole is formed in the middle of the right end of the control chamber, the adjusting dam is installed at the top end of the bottom plate through the sliding hole, the motor is installed at the left end of the control chamber, the lead screw is installed on the adjusting dam through the motor, and the adjustable water passing cleaning structure is installed between the limiting plates. The problems that when a retaining dam is used for retaining water in a riverway, sundries are inevitably accumulated or suspended on the inner side of the retaining dam, the sundries suspended on the water surface are conveniently fished away for treatment, and the sundries at the bottom are difficult to treat and decay after a long time to breed bacteria and affect the water quality environment are solved.

本发明公开了一种河道水利施工用拦水坝，包括控制室、底板、限位板、滑槽、滑孔、调节坝、电机、丝杆、可调节过水清理结构，所述控制室右端底部固定底板，所述限位板等距分布于底板顶端前后两部，所述滑槽竖直开于限位板左右两端，所述滑孔开于控制室右端中部，所述调节坝通过滑孔安装于底板顶端，所述电机安装于控制室左端，所述丝杆通过电机安装于调节坝，所述可调节过水清理结构安装于限位板之间。本发明解决了通过拦水坝在河道进行拦水时，难免有杂物堆积或悬浮于拦水坝内侧，悬浮于水面的杂物便于捞走处理，底部的杂物难以处理，时间久了腐败会滋生细菌，影响水质环境的问题。
