The invention discloses a rotary in-place type steel structure modular building structure and a construction method thereof, the rotary in-place type steel structure modular building structure comprises multiple layers of unit structures which are overlapped together, each unit structure comprises two layers of bases, each layer of base comprises four base plates which are arranged in a matrix mode, the base plates are provided with through holes, and a cross beam is connected between every two adjacent base plates of each layer of base; the upper ends of the vertical pipes and the base plate of the bottom-layer base are respectively provided with a connecting plug which is coaxial with the vertical pipes, the upper ends and the lower ends of the vertical pipes are respectively and movably arranged in the through holes of the base plates of the two layers of bases in a penetrating mode, and the lower ends of the vertical pipes are arranged on the connecting plugs on the bases in a sleeved mode. The lower ends of the vertical pipes of the upper-layer unit structure are arranged on the inserting heads on the vertical pipes of the lower-layer unit structure in a sleeved mode, the clamping blocks of the inserting heads are embedded in the clamping openings of the vertical pipes through the notches of the vertical pipes, and the base plates of every two adjacent unit structures in the horizontal direction are connected together. The problem that a connecting structure between steel structure modular building modules cannot be suitable for various vertical pipe module unit assemblies is solved.
本发明公开了一种旋转就位式钢结构模块化建筑结构及其施工方法,包括叠合在一起的多层单元结构,单元结构包括:两层基座,每层基座包括呈矩阵式排布的四个基板,基板开设穿孔,每层基座的相邻的两个基板之间连接有横梁;四根立管,立管的上端和底层基座的基板上分别形成有与立管同轴设置的插接头,立管的上下两端分别可活动地穿设于两层基座的基板的穿孔中,立管的下端套设于基座上的插接头,上层单元结构的立管的下端套设于下层单元结构的立管的上的插接头,插接头的卡块经由立管的缺口嵌设于立管的卡口中,水平方向上相邻的两个单元结构的基板连接在一起。本发明解决了钢结构模块化建筑模块间的连接构造不能适用于多种立管模块单元组件的问题。
