The invention belongs to the technical field of floor construction, and provides an anti-cracking floor construction process which comprises the following steps: (1) leveling a base layer; (2) a micro-resistance layer is laid, wherein pearl wool and a PE film are sequentially laid on the leveled base layer; (3) mounting the extruded sheet; (4) mounting a template; (5) the thermosetting cables are laid, and the intersections of the thermosetting cables are reinforced; (6) arranging constructional bars; (7) installing a cover plate seam; (8) mounting a leveling device; (9) pouring concrete; (10) receiving light; (11) curing; and (12) tensioning the thermosetting cable. According to the method, the post-tensioning method and the bonding prestress technology are improved, and the problems of hollowing and cracking of the floor leveling layer are solved.
本发明属于地坪施工技术领域,提供了一种防开裂的地坪施工工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)基层找平;(2)铺设微阻层:在找平后的基层上依次铺设珍珠棉和PE膜;(3)安装挤塑板;(4)安装模板;(5)铺设热固索,对热固索的交叉处进行加固;(6)布置构造筋;(7)安装盖板缝;(8)安装整平装置;(9)浇筑混凝土;(10)收光;(11)养护;(12)热固索张拉。本发明通过对后张法有粘接预应力技术进行改进,解决了楼面找平层空鼓、开裂问题。
