The invention provides a photovoltaic support and pile foundation connecting device, belongs to the technical field of photovoltaic supports, and solves the problem that in the prior art, it is difficult to guarantee that a connecting device is in a vertical state, so that installation of a photovoltaic panel above is limited. The device integrates a pile foundation, a pile column, an upper side hoop unit, a lower side hoop unit, an adjusting assembly and a stand column assembly. Pile columns are installed on the tops of the pile foundations. The outer side of the upper part of the pile column is provided with an upper side clamping hoop unit and a lower side clamping hoop unit, and each of the two sides of the upper side clamping hoop unit and the lower side clamping hoop unit is provided with a vertical column assembly which is vertically arranged and is used for fixing a photovoltaic support. The top of the pile is provided with an adjusting assembly used for adjusting the position of the stand column assembly and fixing the stand column assembly, and the two sides of the adjusting assembly are fixedly connected with the stand column assembly. The upper side clamp unit, the lower side clamp unit and the adjusting assembly are each provided with a fastening part, and the fastening parts are used for guaranteeing that the stand column assembly is in a vertical state through the fastening effect in combination with position adjustment of the adjusting assembly.
