The invention relates to the technical field of concrete preparation, in particular to low-shrinkage anti-cracking ultra-high performance concrete and a preparation method thereof.The low-shrinkage anti-cracking ultra-high performance concrete is prepared from, by mass, 35-37 parts of cement, 8-9 parts of rice hull ash, 44-45 parts of sand, 8-11 parts of water and the balance water reducing agent; by adding the rice hull ash which can play an internal curing role, the concrete has 28-day compressive strength of 160-168 MPa and 14-day minimum self-constriction of 60 micro-strains, the early self-constriction of the ultrahigh-strength concrete is effectively reduced, the early cracking risk of the ultrahigh-strength concrete is reduced, and compared with SAP, the average grain size of the rice hull ash is small, so that the concrete has the advantages that the average grain size of the rice hull ash is small, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged. And the expansion caused by water absorption is avoided, so that larger holes are not left in the concrete, and the negative influence on the long-term durability of the concrete is avoided.
