Preparation method of fuse ceramic tube
The invention relates to the technical field of alumina ceramics, and discloses a preparation method of a fuse ceramic tube. Compared with a ceramic tube made of a traditional aluminum oxide ceramic material, the fuse ceramic tube has excellent toughness and is not prone to brittleness. The preparation method of the fuse ceramic tube comprises the following five steps that 1, a functional monomer containing phosphate ester is synthesized; the preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) synthesizing HNTs, (2) synthesizing HNTs coated with organic silicon, (3) synthesizing HNTs at organic silicon/COF with the surface containing hydroxyl, (4) carrying out surface modification on the HNTs at organic silicon/COF, and reacting with polysilazane to synthesize a reinforcing filler, and (5) taking the reinforcing filler, aluminum oxide, glass fibers and a silane coupling agent as raw materials, and carrying out ball milling, presintering and sintering to obtain the ceramic tube.
本发明涉及氧化铝陶瓷技术领域,公开了一种熔断器陶瓷管的制备方法。本发明的熔断器陶瓷管相较于传统氧化铝陶瓷材料制成的陶瓷管具有优异的韧性,不易脆,其制备方法包括以下五个步骤:1)合成含磷酸酯的功能单体;2)合成有机硅包覆的HNTs;3)合成表面含有羟基的HNTs@有机硅/COF;4)对HNTs@有机硅/COF进行表面修饰,再与聚硅氮烷反应合成增强填料;5)将增强填料、氧化铝、玻璃纤维和硅烷偶联剂作为原料,经球磨、预烧结、烧结制得陶瓷管。
