The prepared porous ceramsite has high mechanical strength and recoverability, the raw materials are simple and easy to obtain, the cost is low, the problem of secondary pollution does not exist, and the porous ceramsite can be used for removing phosphate in an acid solution.
本发明属于人造陶粒和污水处理技术领域,涉及多孔陶粒及其制备方法和应用。针对现有技术的人造陶粒吸附剂在制备过程中,风积沙占比低,利用率低,成分复杂,煅烧温度高的技术问题。本申请提供多孔陶粒的制备方法,将质量份50~60份的风积沙、5~15份的MgCl2·6H2O、15~30份的粘结剂、5~15份的造孔剂,混合造粒,风干后400~800℃下煅烧40~80min,冷却;风积沙中,按质量百分比计算,包含85%≤SiO2<90%,5%≤Al2O3≤10%,K2O≤5%,对废弃风积沙的利用率高,制备过程简单,煅烧温度较低。制备得到的多孔陶粒,具有较高的机械强度和可回收性,原料简单易得成本低,不存在二次污染的问题,可用于酸性溶液中磷酸盐的去除。
