One end of the transmission part is provided with a rotary driving assembly, the rotary driving assembly is fixed to one end of the deceleration strip, through connecting grooves are formed in the two sides of the base, when the rotary driving assembly rotates in the forward direction, the tire breaking part is unfolded, and when the rotary driving assembly rotates in the reverse direction till the transmission part is attached to the surface of the base, the tire breaking part is completely inserted into the connecting grooves; when the deceleration strip rises, the tire breaking piece is inserted into the connecting groove. Through the combination of the deceleration strip, the transmission part and the tire breaking part, the state capable of freely switching structure display is formed, and the function state of the roadblock can be controlled according to the actual demand of the actual situation.
