The invention provides a tunnel portal transverse comprehensive pipe gallery and a construction method. The construction method comprises the steps of pre-burying of precast blocks of a fixed rail, installation of a plastic formwork trolley, precise pre-burying of a U-shaped channel, main body construction, dismantling of an early-dismantled plastic formwork, through-wall waterproof construction of a water collecting well and a water drainage pipe, installation of a pipeline and a support and the like. Nuts are embedded in precast blocks of the fixed rails and connected with guide rail bolts, the plastic formwork trolley is divided into an early-dismantled formwork and a late-dismantled formwork, a changing device for mutual conversion of walking and jacking is designed at the bottom of the trolley, a U-shaped channel is finely adjusted up and down and left and right, and when the early-dismantled plastic formwork is dismantled, a hydraulic rod is shrunk to be separated from a concrete side wall and a top plate. The pre-buried steel pipe is pre-buried in a pipe gallery side wall in advance to serve as a drainage pipe through-wall channel, and the corrugated steel pipe is moved and transported to a designated position through the novel support to be installed. The method has the advantages of being high in construction efficiency, good in comprehensive pipe gallery drainage effect and high in pipeline installation and positioning precision, and good technical and economic benefits can be obtained when the method is applied to actual engineering.
本发明提供隧道洞口横向综合管廊及施工方法,包括固定轨道的预制块预埋、塑料模板台车安装、U型槽道精确预埋、主体施工及早拆塑料模板拆除、集水井及排水管穿墙防水施工、管道及支架安装等步骤,固定轨道的预制块里埋设螺母与导轨螺栓连接,塑料模板台车分为早拆模板和晚拆模板,且台车底部设计行走与顶撑相互转化的变化装置,U型槽道进行上下和左右的微调,早拆塑料模板拆除时通过收缩液压杆脱离混凝土侧墙和顶板,预埋钢管事先预埋于管廊侧墙里作为排水管穿墙通道,波纹钢管通过新型支架的移动运输至指定位置进行安装。本发明具有施工效率高、综合管廊排水效果好、管道安装定位精度高的优点,应用于实际工程中可取得较好的技术经济效益。
