本发明公开了一种现浇梁与叠合板安装施工装置及其施工方法,包括叠合板、连接件、密封件、框筋、锁紧件和托举件,叠合板靠近现浇梁的侧端面上水平设置有多根延出钢筋,且叠合板分别在现浇梁的两侧设置有两块,两块叠合板之间竖直设置设置有两个连接件,且两个连接件分别与相邻的叠合板上多根延出钢筋贯穿插接。本发明克服现有梁钢筋绑扎完成后,将叠合楼板的延出钢筋向上弯折,待叠合楼板正确放置后,采用撬棍将现浇梁翘起,再将延出钢筋重新弯折平整,锚入到现浇梁中,整个过程中延出钢筋多次弯折,弯折过程中很容易发生折断,对施工质量与结构安全有一点的隐患的问题。
