The invention discloses a cast-in-place beam and laminated slab installation construction method. The method comprises the following steps that 1, a main beam bottom formwork and a laminated slab lower support are erected; 2, after a main beam bottom formwork is completed, lower-row steel bars, waist bars and stirrups of main beam steel bars are bound, and a beam side formwork and a laminated plate flanging formwork are sealed; 3, after a laminated slab bottom support and a beam side formwork are installed, the laminated slab is hoisted, then binding of the upper portions of every two adjacent stirrups is removed at the position, close to the end, of the main beam, the stirrups are opened towards the two sides, a reinforcement penetrating opening is formed, an upper row of steel bars penetrate into the main beam from the reinforcement penetrating openings, the upper row of steel bars are clamped in cooperation with a beam penetrating tool, the upper row of steel bars extend into the main beam section by section, and the beam side formwork is formed; then the upper row of steel bars are hoisted through a beam penetrating tool, and stirrup binding work is completed; and 4, reinforcing steel bars of the laminated plate surface layer are bound, and finally concrete is poured. The construction speed is high, the labor cost is saved, the labor efficiency is improved, and meanwhile the quality problem caused by upwarping of structural beam steel bars is reduced.
本发明公开了一种现浇梁与叠合板安装施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1:搭设主梁底模板及叠合板下部支撑;步骤2:主梁底模板完成后进行主梁钢筋的下排钢筋、腰筋及箍筋的绑扎,封梁侧模板及叠合板翻边模板;步骤3:叠合板底支撑及梁侧模板安装完成后,吊装叠合板,然后在主梁靠近端部的位置将相邻两道箍筋上部解除绑扎,并向两侧打开,形成穿筋口,将上排钢筋从穿筋口穿入主梁内,配合穿梁工具夹住上排钢筋将上排钢筋一段一段伸入主梁内,然后利用穿梁工具将上排钢筋吊起,完善箍筋绑扎工作;步骤4:进行叠合板面层钢筋绑扎,最后浇筑混凝土。本申请施工速度快,节约人工费用提高劳动效率,同时减少翘起结构梁钢筋带来的质量问题。
