The invention relates to the technical field of concrete leveling, and particularly discloses a full-electric-drive concrete laser leveling machine which comprises a machine body, a leveling head is arranged at one end of the machine body, front wheels and rear wheels are arranged at the lower end of the machine body, and a control box and a battery pack are arranged on the machine body; cooling assemblies are arranged on the leveling head, the control box and the battery pack; rear wheels of the machine body are in transmission connection with circulating assemblies communicated with the cooling assemblies; by means of the circulating assembly and the cooling assembly, a spiral blade pumps cooling liquid in a cooling pipe into a function box through a fifth connector, the cooling liquid in the function box is conveyed to a coil pipe on a first driving motor through a sixth connector, and the cooling liquid in the coil pipe flows into the cooling pipe after passing through a conical spiral pipe and a communicating pipe; and the cooling liquid in the function box achieves the circulating effect, so that the battery pack, the control box and the first driving motor are well cooled, and the condition of fatigue damage caused by overheating operation of electric appliance parts is reduced.
