A shield tunnel anti-floating structure comprises an anti-floating unit, and the anti-floating unit comprises a preset steel plate fixed to the inner wall of a shield segment, a reserved grouting hole is formed in the position, where the preset steel plate is located, of the shield segment, and a steel plate via hole corresponding to the reserved grouting hole is formed in the preset steel plate; the cement-soil pile is located in a soil layer on the outer side of the shield segment, and one end of the cement-soil pile is close to or abuts against the outer wall of the shield segment; and one end of the anti-floating component is fixedly connected with the preset steel plate, and the other end of the anti-floating component sequentially penetrates through the steel plate via hole and the reserved grouting hole and is inserted into the cement soil pile.
