The invention relates to the technical field of assistance and buffering structures, in particular to a buffering assistance mechanism, a door opening and closing assembly and a refrigerator. The buffering power-assisted mechanism comprises a fixed part, a sliding part, an elastic piece and a crank. An annular guide groove is formed in the sliding part, and a first limiting position and a second limiting position are formed in the two ends, in the first direction, of the guide groove correspondingly; the elastic piece enables the sliding part to have the tendency of sliding in the direction from the second limiting position to the first limiting position; the free end of the crank is matched with the guide groove, and when the free end moves to the two ends of the guide groove in the first direction, the free end is located at the first limiting position or the second limiting position under the acting force of the elastic piece. In the door closing process, the sliding part is pushed to move and overcome the elastic reset force of the elastic piece, thrust borne by the sliding part is absorbed by the elastic piece, and therefore collision during door closing is reduced, and door closing noise is lowered; in the door opening process, the elastic reset force accumulated by the elastic piece in the door closing process can be fully utilized to achieve assisted door opening.
