The partial length of the top of the first steel bar at the chiseling position is cut off, and the remaining first steel bar after cutting is inclined by a preset angle in the second direction; overlapping a second reinforcing steel bar at the top of the inclined first reinforcing steel bar, wherein the second reinforcing steel bar extends in the vertical direction and can correspond to the position of a sleeve in the bent cap; and the repair concrete is poured into the two chiseled-away positions again, so that the inclined first steel bars are wrapped by the repair concrete, and a new stand column is formed after the repair concrete is solidified. The construction efficiency can be improved, and the cost is reduced.
