The invention discloses a full-length adhesive anchor cable and relates to the technical field of roadway anchor cable supporting, the full-length adhesive anchor cable comprises an anchor cable device and a hole sealing inflatable device, the anchor cable device is used for being arranged in a structure, and the anchor cable device and the structure are fixed into a whole by injecting an adhesive material into the structure; the hole sealing inflatable device is arranged on the anchor cable device, the inner side of the hole sealing inflatable device is connected with the outer side of the anchor cable device in a sealed mode, the outer side of the hole sealing inflatable device is in tight contact with a structure, and a binding material is plugged in the structure by filling a gap between the anchor cable device and the structure. According to the full-length cementation anchor cable, through combined use of the anchor cable device and the hole sealing inflatable device, the problems of low grouting pressure and slurry loss caused by insufficient sealing performance in the prior art are effectively solved, and the plugging effect of a cementation material in a structure is improved, so that the stability and the bearing capacity of a whole structure formed by the anchor cable and surrounding rock are enhanced.
