According to the galling and film covering integrated tool and the manufacturing method, a galling device adopts a palm fiber brush (10) with the same length as a plastic film for covering, and finally the galling device is fixed to a fixing frame body; according to the film covering device capable of being pulled up, a frame body is formed by welding round steel (7) into an L shape and then splicing the round steel into the L shape, the splicing position is completed through a movable nut, and a movable hollow steel pipe (8) needs to penetrate into the frame body; two hanging rings (6) need to be welded to the two sides of the frame body and are connected to pulleys (13) for fixing the frame body through ropes. The film covering device is connected with the galling device through a pull ring; a double-edge blade (4) is welded at the end part of the film cutting device and is used for cutting a film; in addition, a roller (14) is arranged on the outer side of the covering plastic film. The galling and film covering integrated machine integrates two work of galling and film covering, and also has two functions of lifting of a film covering device and cutting of a film, so that the traditional work is simplified, and the field construction efficiency is improved.
一种拉毛加覆盖薄膜一体化工具及制作方法，拉毛装置采用与覆盖用塑料薄膜相同长度的棕毛刷(10)，最后固定在固定架体上；可拉起薄膜覆盖装置，架体由圆钢(7)焊接成L型后拼接而成，拼接处用活动的螺母来完成，在架体上需穿入一根可以活动的空心钢管(8)；架体两侧需焊接两个吊环(6)，吊环(6)通过绳索连接到固定架体的滑轮(13)上；薄膜覆盖装置与拉毛装置通过拉环连接；薄膜切割装置在端部焊接双刃的刀片(4)用来切割薄膜；另外设置一个滚轮(14)，位于覆盖塑料薄膜的外侧。本发明将拉毛与覆盖薄膜两项工作合二为一，并且还有覆盖薄膜装置的提升与薄膜的切割两项作用，简化了传统的工作，提高了现场施工的效率。
