The invention relates to constant-temperature numerical control steam curing equipment for grouting in winter and a construction method. The curing equipment comprises a sealing film, a numerical control device, and a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, a heating device and a humidifying device which are connected with the numerical control device, the sealing films are attached to the inner side and the outer side of a wallboard grouting part to form independent sealed spaces; the temperature sensor is pre-buried in a wallboard grouting part; humidity sensors are arranged in the closed spaces; the heating device and the humidifying device are both communicated with the closed space, and the numerical control device controls the heating device to introduce heating gas into the closed film according to the temperature monitored by the temperature sensor; and according to the humidity monitored by the humidity sensor, the humidifying device is controlled to introduce steam into the sealing film. The steam curing environment is used for providing uniform temperature and humidity, local overheating or drying is avoided, the grouting material in the wallboard grouting part is uniformly cured, the construction quality is improved, and the structural stability and durability of a fabricated building are improved.
