The invention relates to a historical building facade reinforcing and repairing construction method which comprises the following steps: cleaning the surface of a masonry of a building facade, and removing mortar joints of the masonry to form hooking grooves; the hooking groove is wetted; mortar is poured into the hooking groove until the hooking groove is saturated; and the water repellent is sprayed on the surface of the masonry, so that the operation is simple, and the construction is convenient.
