The invention relates to an ultrahigh-performance grouting material for splicing prefabricated parts and a preparation method thereof, the ultrahigh-performance grouting material comprises a premix, and the premix comprises the following raw materials: 25-35 parts of cement, 1-5 parts of fly ash, 3-10 parts of microbeads, 3-10 parts of silica fume, 1-4 parts of a nano material, 45-60 parts of aggregate, 1-4 parts of a water reducing agent and 0.5-3 parts of a composite additive, the particles with the particle size of 2.36-1.18 mm account for 15-25%, the particles with the particle size of 1.18-06 mm account for 25-35%, the particles with the particle size of 0.6-0.3 mm account for 25-35%, the particles with the particle size of 0.3-0.15 mm account for 5-15%, and the particles with the particle size smaller than 0.15 mm account for 5-15%; the composite additive is a combination of an expanding agent, a water-retaining agent, a viscosity reducer and a defoaming agent. On the basis that steel fibers are not used, based on the graded aggregate in a specific proportion, the prepared grouting material can be matched with a high-performance concrete member in strength and consistent with durability by combining the grading design of a nano material and the aggregate and regulation and control of other components, construction operation is convenient, and the grouting material is used for splicing prefabricated members and has the advantages that the construction cost is reduced; and integrated safe splicing and mounting of the prefabricated parts can be guaranteed.
